Our return and refund policy: you are eligible for a return/refund if you send the piece back within our 15-day return window. If your piece arrives broken, all we ask for is photo proof along with a picture of the shipping label and we can replace or refund that for you, if you have not filed a claim for a broken piece within a week of arrival unfortunately we are not able to replace it.

Our Butterfly Hooks are made using natural clay and then fired twice, first time for a bisque fire, then again for a glaze fire making them quite strong. Though they are quite durable, we do recommend that you treat them with care, just like any other ceramic piece they are breakable. They are desiged to hold lightweight items such as towels and jewlery so please be mindful of what you decide to hang on them. We hope you love them as much as we do.
